Our Services
What We Do
At Family H.O.P.E. Foundation Inc., we provide comprehensive wraparound services designed to address the whole person—not just one challenge at a time. We recognize that stable housing, mental wellness, financial security, and community support are all connected. Our goal is to help individuals and families build a foundation for long-term success, stability, and independence.
Housing & Stabilization
We assist individuals and families in finding and maintaining safe, stable housing. Our services include housing navigation, landlord coordination, housing applications, move-in assistance, eviction prevention, and ongoing housing stabilization support.
Case Management
Each participant is paired with a dedicated case manager who develops a personalized service plan, identifies barriers, sets achievable goals, and connects clients to resources that promote long-term success and self-sufficiency.
Mental Health & Wellness Support
We connect individuals to mental health services, counseling, crisis intervention, and wellness programs that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and overall quality of life.
Substance Use & Recovery Support
We provide referrals, advocacy, and support for individuals seeking substance use treatment and recovery services. Our approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on long-term recovery and wellness.
Youth & Young Adult Services
We support youth and young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other life challenges by connecting them with housing resources, educational opportunities, employment support, life skills development, and mentoring services.
Veteran Support Services
We honor those who have served our country by helping veterans access housing resources, benefits, healthcare services, employment opportunities, and supportive programs designed to promote stability and independence.
Domestic Violence Support
We provide referrals, advocacy, safety planning, and connections to emergency shelter and community resources for survivors of domestic violence, helping them rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.
Employment & Financial Empowerment
We help individuals increase self-sufficiency by connecting them with employment opportunities, workforce development programs, budgeting education, financial literacy resources, and benefits navigation.
Health & Community Resource Navigation
We assist individuals in accessing healthcare, insurance coverage, food assistance, transportation resources, childcare services, legal assistance, and other essential supports needed to achieve stability.
Community Outreach & Advocacy
We work collaboratively with community partners, service providers, landlords, healthcare organizations, and local agencies to advocate for vulnerable populations and improve access to critical resources and services.
